What an incredible day at JCMS! We concluded our 5th annual One Book, One School event with a virtual author visit with Shelley Pearsall, author of The Seventh Most Important Thing! Students were engaged, inspired, and eager to ask questions about her writing journey and the powerful themes in her book.
A huge thank you to Shelley Pearsall for sharing her wisdom and stories with us!
Thank you also to our school librarian, Rachel Evans, who organized the One Book, One School initiative this year with many incredible resources, activities, and decorations.

The JCMS Career Fair has had another successful year, featuring 30 industry professionals who came to our building to offer interactive presentations. Students had the unique opportunity to engage directly with these presenters, gaining valuable insights into various careers. The hands-on experiences allowed students to ask multiple questions, deepening their understanding of the fields they are interested in. It was a great chance for students to explore potential career paths while networking with professionals in a dynamic and informative setting.
