Our Family Reading Night was a total success, and we had so much fun celebrating all things dogs! 🐶✨ The students enjoyed sharing with their families the books they wrote and illustrated as well participated in a bunch of fun activities. A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for this "paws-itively" amazing evening. Your love for reading and your enthusiasm made it a night to remember. 📖💙

Congrats to our students and staff of the month for February. Staff: Jessica Foersterling, Beth White, and Amy Flowers. Students: Mark Tucker, Kara Heitzig, Mason Marshall, Logan Roemer, Aubrey Behl, Kyle Darr, and Caroline Schmidt (not pictured). Thanks for making JCMS a great place to be.

In Mrs. Nichols' Ag class, 8th graders learn about the exciting world of agricultural jobs utilizing drones. Students learn about drone technology and get hands-on experience by measuring, coding, and flying drones themselves!

Check out Mrs. Russell's EC class getting creative during Dental Week! We enjoyed making apple mouth snacks, crafting toothbrushes and teeth, and learning all about keeping those smiles bright!

Mrs. Lankford's amazing first graders are on a virtual adventure! They're following her son's incredible journey in the Iditarod Trail Invitational, a 350-mile trek on foot! Each day, they get to watch a new video where he answers their thoughtful questions. Talk about learning beyond the classroom! 🐾❄️ #FirstGradeFun #LearningAdventures #MrsLankfordRocks

Grafton Elementary's Peyton Sackmann dedicated over 1000 minutes to reading from October to January to qualify for a complimentary ticket to a St. Louis Blues Hockey game through the Blues Bookworms Program. Way to Go!!

🚀 Exciting News, Panther Community! 🚀
We were honored to welcome Sam Demma to Jersey Community High School and Jersey Community Middle School! 🎤✨ His powerful message about "Emptying Your Backpack" truly resonated with our students, encouraging them to let go of burdens, embrace growth, and move forward with confidence.
Sam’s inspiring words reminded students to take small steps, be consistent, and take action—because even the smallest efforts can lead to big change! 🌟

JCHS Students received a program overview and tour of the LCCC Truck Driver Training Facility.
We are so fortunate to have such a well-respected program in our area! Thank you, Kent and Joe for all you do to set our JCHS graduates up for success!

Finally, we want to thank our coaches for all of their efforts this season! Middle school volleyball is coached by Kristen Witt and assisted by Madelynn Gilman. 💙
