Today Miss Herkert’s class used their critical thinking and collaboration skills to complete a digital Spring Breakout Activity. There were a series of 5 sets of clues and locks to unlock. One group rose to the challenge and broke out! All of the other groups were on the last lock when time ran out. So close!!

In preparation for the online re-registration of current Jersey 100 students, the 2019-20 school year fees are being added. They can be paid now, over the summer or just before school, but must be paid prior to the start of school. Online re-registration will be open soon...

West Elementary students are wishing good luck to our fabulous custodian, Mr. Brian Patsaros. Mr. Patsaros is participating in the "Fight for Air" stair climb tomorrow. Last year he completed 40 floors in a little over 6 minutes, and he is hoping to beat his time this year!

Ms. Beauchamp's and Mrs. Beuttel's classes collaborated on an animal report as the culmination of their animal unit in Literature. They researched an animal and wrote facts about their animal. The finished products are hanging in the building for all of our classmates to see!




JCMS Student Council sponsors student of the month and faculty member of the month. The students are nominated by their teachers and the teachers were nominated by their co-workers! Congrats to 5th grade student Mylie Ramirez and 5th grade teacher Rachel Evans, 6th grade student Logan Huitt and teacher Christy Schilling, 7th grade student Justin Laird and teacher Toni Goetten!
