The kindergarten classes at West Elementary celebrated Earth Day yesterday with some extra special goodies! Bayer donated t-shirts, goodie bags, tomato plants, and milkweed plants for each student in kindergarten! It was so nice to teach our students about the importance of taking care of Earth while using hands-on materials. A HUGE "Thank You" goes out to our friends at Bayer!

A special thank you goes out to community members Michelle Scharfenberg and Brandy McCoy who created crochet pieces to accompany the efforts of JCHS Students, and all those who donated yarn to this project too!
