Freshman Boys Basketball Results: Panthers beat Granite City 62-26
Monday Evening Girls Basketball:
JV Panthers beat the Highland Bulldogs 47-44.
Varsity lost 64-48.
East Elementary is celebrating the hour of code this week. Mrs. Fessler’s second grade students started off the week by using their coding skills to save Christmas with the Grinch today. The Hour of Code is about promoting computer science and coding.

JCHS Bowlers sweep Wood River. Jeremy Vanost with a 698 series. Zane Longley with 612. Kiley Shaw led the girls with a 576 series.
Congrats to our Panther Bowlers on being recognized for their stellar Sportsmanship at the Abe Lincoln Invitational.

Happy Monday Everyone! West Elementary is kicking off a food drive for the Salvation Army. Students are encouraged to bring in canned or non-perishable food all week. All donations will be distributed to families in need in our community! Thanks so much!
Stacey Wock, Jersey Director of Oppa!, has made customer service a priority in our JCHS cafeteria. They listen to feedback from our students on food service options. Stacey, Heather, and Gloria brought sample items in for students to try, then exchanged ideas on what students are liking and how they can improve. A big Thank You to our entire JCHS food service staff!

Panther Wrestlers competed in the Civic Memorial tourney on Saturday. Zeke Waltz was the 160 lb CMÂ tourney champ and also Voted Most Outstanding Wrestler.


First home game of the season for Boys Basketball is in the books. Great fans and a great night for basketball. Panthers drop a game to the Redbirds: 83-66.


The JCHS Culinary Arts Classes made festive homemade sugar cookies this week to kickstart the Holiday season!

Girls Basketball: Both JV and Varsity had wins over Mascoutah on Thursday evening. Varsity score was 79-35.


JCHS Scholastic Bowl Team wins 2 of 3 contests today. Panthers beat Father Mcgivney and East Alton. Panthers lost to a strong Alton team. W: 2 L: 1
Panther Bowling:. JV Boys stay undefeated with a win over Triad. Varsity Boys, Varsity Girls, and JV Girls lose to Triad.
Grafton Students Food Drive - Grafton students donated over 1,000 items to the Grafton Food Pantry. The great folks at Raging Rivers donated one-day passes and a pizza party for the class that donated the most items.


Panthers boys varsity basketball defeated Jacksonville 51-48 tonight. Their record is now 3-2. The Panthers next game is Friday night at home vs. Alton.
A busy evening of basketball for our 8th Grade Lady Panthers. They win the first bracket of Regionals vs Edwardsville Lincoln. Later they come up short against the #1 seed Alton. Thanks for your hard work this season!
