The JCHS Midwinter Classic continued last night. Jersey played Cahokia High School. The Panthers fell by a score of 66-59. Easton Heafner and Drake Goetten led the way with 12 points. Ayden Kanallakan scored 10, Jaxon Brunaugh tallied 8 points and Tanner Brunaugh finished the night with 7 points. The Panthers are now 0-2 in the Classic and will play their finale against Edwardsville (1-1) on Friday night, tipoff is 7:30pm.
The JCMS Boys Basketball teams played Litchfield Middle School. The 7th grade team won by a score of 32-14 while the 8th grade team dropped their game by a score of 21-36.
