The JCHS Boys Bowling team wins back to back IHSA Regional Championships! The Panthers were down 35 pins at the halfway mark. An incredible game 5 team score of 1144 put the Panthers in 1st place and they didn't look back as they headed into the final game. At the end of game 6, the Panthers bested the Alton Redbirds by 3 pins to capture their second Regional title in as many years. Civic Memorial and Highland finished 3rd and 4th, respectively. All four teams advance to Sectional play. The Panthers were led by Adam Kribs, who finished 4th overall with a series score of 1270, which earned him an individual medal. Joey Kiel finished right behind Kribs with a score of 1264. Team members on the post season roster for the Panthers are Adam Kribs, Joey Kiel, Eli Hetzel, Simon Purcell, Ryan Mackintosh, Hayden Longley, Isaac Wargo and Jacob Hetzel. The Panthers are coached by Trent Morgan. He is assisted by Marty Heitzig.
