JCHS will begin the Mid-Winter Classic next week on Monday January 15th. Six teams will be competing for a Championship. The tournament will begin with pool play, 3 teams per pool. Upon completion of pool play, the 3 seed from each pool will play for 5th place while the 2 seed will compete for 3rd place. The winner of each pool will play for the Championship on Friday at 7:30pm.
The following teams will be competing: Alton, Cahokia, Edwardsville, Granite City, Jacksonville and Jersey.
The tournament will be played on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Admission is $5 for all fans and no passes will be honored. Don't miss out on a week full of high level basketball!
