Jaxon Brunaugh joined the coveted 1000 point club in Jersey's win over Southwestern tonight. Brunaugh needed 22 points to hit 1000. The Piasa Birds were down 2 points and fouled Brunaugh with .4 seconds left. Jaxon sunk his first free throw to hit 1000 points. After a quick embrace from his teammates on the court, he drained his second attempt to put the Panthers up by four points and secured the victory. Congratulations, Jaxon!
