The JCHS Boys Golf team traveled to Taylorville to compete in IHSA Regional play yesterday. The tournament was hosted by Lake Shore Golf Course.
The Panthers had a strong day on the course. Jersey advanced four golfers to Sectionals.
Logan Huitt led the Panthers with a 9th place individual finish shooting an 89. John Paul Vogel shot a 91. Michael Roberts shot a 92 and Caden Klunk shot a 96.
The Panthers finished 5th overall for the day.
The Sectional will be played on Monday, October 2nd in Mt. Carmel, IL at West Bertwick Golf Course.
