DISTRICT 100 FOUNDATION
The District 100 Foundation is a not for profit organization established as educational and charitable to promote welfare of Jersey CUSD No. 100. The Foundation assists in providing broader educational opportunities and services for students and it receives, holds and administers gifts to the district.

As of March 2018 the District 100 Foundation has provided….
Teacher Mini Grants - $71,567 (105 individual grants)
Various teachers from all schools apply for a Classroom mini grant.
A committee is formed to make the final decision.Foundation to School Grants - $119,458
Each school is given award based on 6 th day enrollment. Money is used to enhance the learning environment for the students.CHARACTERplus - $7,000
The Foundation has provided funding to Jersey County CHARACTERplus to continue their efforts in character education for all within Jersey county.Scholarships - $300,500 (243 individual scholarships)
Scholarship awards have been given to graduating seniors to assist in their college career. A committee is formed to receive and review the applications to make a final decision.Music For Life Scholarships - $7,500 (15 students)
Music for Life Scholarship was founded by Tom & Peggy Ryder. The scholarship is received by a senior student excelling in the music program.Illinois State Scholars - $98,000 (227 students)
