2013-2014 School Registration Information

School registration for the 2013-2014 school year will be held on July 30, 2013.  The newspaper icon below will display a copy of the information published in the newspaper.

 Early Registration occurred in April at all schools.

  • If you participated in this process, then your student is registered. Thank you so much for your participation!
  • Your student’s registration is not confirmed until the fees have been paid.

  • New students must have their former school fax a Student in Good Standing form to the school they will be attending. They may attend registration on Tuesday, June 30 to:
    • complete paperwork; although, the information will not be entered into the system until the Student in Good Standing form is received.
    • pay fees (which will be held until Student in Good Standing form is received).
  • All invoices should be received within the next few days. (They were mailed on 7/24.)
  • Upon receiving invoices, directions for accessing online pay are included (see back side of invoice). (https://jersey100.powerschool.com/public/home.html)
  • Those who are unable to pay online may pay in the buildings using cash or check.
  • Parents who wish to pay by credit card but have no Internet access at home may use the computer Internet café, kiosk, lab, etc. at the school their child attends.
  • If families received a direct certification letter, his/her child(ren) will be automatically enrolled in the free lunch program.
  • If the student was formally enrolled in the free/reduced program but did not receive a direct certification letter, a parent/guardian will have to complete the F & R application during the August 11 – August 15 timeframe. This can be completed in advance by downloading application from: http://www.isbe.net/nutrition/pdf/68-06-NSLP-SBP-letter.pdf
  • For both direct certified and new applicants, families must request and complete a waiver from their child’s school in order to have fees waived. Please take care of this between August 11 and August 15.
  • This does not include the laptop usage fee of $75.00 for students enrolled in the free/reduced lunch program.
