Dear West Families,
Our children have been working so hard in music class to perform for you. Here are some important items you should know about the upcoming music program:
When: Wednesday, December 12th, at JCMS. (Formally Illini Middle School)
Kindergarten: 5:30 p.m.
First Grade: 7:00 p.m.
Where Should You Go: You should enter JCMS on the northwest door of the school 15 to 20 minutes prior to your child’s program. (On the Maple Summit Road side of the school.) Students will go to the cafeteria to sit with their class. Parents/families will go to the gym.
What To Wear: Students should dress their best.
DISMISSAL: Students will sit with their class on the gym floor and will remain with their class until Mrs. Hurley has called their teacher’s name. At that time, parents/guardians may come get their child.
